Low season: April 15 - December 16 
Christmas and New Year period: December 17 - January 7 
High season: January 8 - April 14 

- All rates are based on a 1-2 persons per bedroom. 
- All prices are subject to an 10% government tax and service fee. 
- All reservations must have a minimum of 5 nights stay (except Christmas and New Year period). 
- 1 000$ security deposit and a signed rental agreement are required.
